Gori Land Use Master Plan

Project implementation period: 03.09.2018 – 02.09.2019 

Project description: Gori Land Use Master Plan (Phase II) – focused on the development of an updated General Land Use Master Plan for the City of Gori, led by City Institute Georgia. Through detailed spatial analysis, the project identified challenges related to deregulated and partially regulated urban areas, integrating these insights into plan recommendations covering spatial planning, urban environmental quality, infrastructure and transport systems, the green economy, and principles of good governance.
