Project description: Revision and Update of the General Plan, Development Plan, and Detailed Development Plan for the Maltakva District, Municipality of Poti – involves the comprehensive revision and update of three key urban planning documents aimed at establishing an integrated planning framework based on sustainable development principles. Structured into four phases — research, strategy and visioning, concept development, and final documentation — it incorporates multidisciplinary baseline studies, scenario development, and Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA).
