Mukhrani Valley Spatial Development Plan

Project description: Mukhrani Valley Spatial Development Plan – focuses on the preparation of a large-scale spatial development framework covering 24,828 hectares across the municipalities of Mtskheta and Kaspi, designated as a Special Regulation Zone by a decree of the Government of Georgia. Commissioned by SUDA and funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the project aims to develop a research-based development vision, formulate a corresponding strategy, and integrate it into the spatial plan.
SCIEN’s work within the project: Within the project, the SCIEN team worked on the spatial development plan addressing social issues.
