Developing a spatial plan for Saguramo and the surrounding settlements

Project description: Developing a Spatial Plan for Saguramo and Surrounding Settlements – involves the preparation of a comprehensive spatial planning framework, including pre-project studies, a development vision, a planning concept, and a spatial development plan. Within the project, two alternative development vision scenarios were developed and assessed, forming the basis for the final concept structured around four key principles: safety, compactness, connectivity, and smart growth.

SCIEN’s work within the project: Within the project, the SCIEN team worked on the spatial development plan addressing social issues.
