Elaboration of Borjomi’s General and Development Plans

Project implementation period: 09.12.2023 – 30.12.2025 

Project description: Elaboration of Borjomi’s General and Development Plans – involved comprehensive desk and field research, including population surveys, traffic flow analysis, and a full inventory of buildings and structures. Based on the collected data and workshops, a consolidated development vision was formulated around five strategic goals: optimization of resort resources, improvement of the city’s image, promotion of a diversified working environment, enhancement of urban living quality, and increased safety and resilience.
