Project description: Development of Spatial Development and Development Management Documentation for Batumi City Municipality – aims to prepare the General and Spatial Plan of Batumi, including a Strategy and Viability Assessment, addressing challenges such as planning new developments, preserving historical and cultural heritage, and improving connectivity between urban zones. The development vision concept — “the city reflected in the sea” — is structured around key directions, including a multifunctional and evenly developed city, a green city, and a resilient and safe city.
